I started training with Terrie in early 2010 because I was at my highest weight ever and was not feeling great about myself. As her tag line says, ‘If your body is not becoming to you, then it needs to be coming to me!’ The one-on-one training was the boost I needed, since I did not like the “gym scene”. I lost 20 lbs that year, I was more toned than I ever had been and lost a lot of inches – I was feeling great, emotionally & physically!
This year, Terrie started the
180 Boot Camps, which I thought was a great idea. It is a more affordable way to get the results I wanted and needed. I go to the 6:15 AM class, usually in a fog, but by the time we end class, I feel great, and I’m ready to start the day!! Each class is different, so you do not get bored with the same old routine.

180 Boot Camps are fun & inspiring – it’s great to see how everyone in class is looking so good. I have neck problems, and if there is an exercise that I can’t or shouldn’t do, she is ready to modify it so that I can get the best out of it without re-injuring myself.
